Mixed spices which I find goes well on burger patties. If you use the right amount, I find it complements the flavor of the beef intead of overshadowing it.

Ingredients
By volume:
- 5 parts smoked paprika
- 3 parts grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
- 2 parts onion powder
- 2 parts garlic powder
- 1 part black pepper
- 1 part salt
- 1 part MSG
Directions
Mix ingredients. Apply to taste to burger patty before cooking.
